earLAB is an independent business in Melbourne that focuses on providing the best custom-made hearing protection solutions and consultancy on ear and hearing care to the Australian market. We are also the sole distributor of ACS custom hearing protection products in Australia and New Zealand (operating under ACS AU)

Role Description

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) remote role for a Melbourne Based Marketing Manager. The expectation is that you will be working remotely but will travel to our Richmond clinic as needed. The goals for this role:

Increase bookings in earLAB clinics
Raise awareness of earLAB products and services
Increase online sales on earLAB store
Increase the number of authorised dealers for ACS AU across Australia

Bring your own Device. We are open for this role to be contract based as opposed to part time.

Responsibilities

Analyse all current digital channels and benchmark their performance. Establish a strategy to improve the ROI for each channel
Assess our SEO/SEM performance and make decisions to further optimise them
Establish a marketing calendar and establish a calendar of go to market activities
Identify relevant industry events and advertising channels that can further promote earLAB/ACS products and services
Roll out a strategy for an ongoing customer engagement campaign (EDM/Social)
Send out Marketing EDMs and regular social posts
Acquire more customers for earLAB
Acquire more authorised dealers for ACS AU and promote them
Work closely with ACS UK marketing team to promote their products in Australia and New Zealand
Prepare for industry events and trade shows. Attend them to increase earLAB and ACS market share
Maintain ACS and earLAB website content

Qualifications

Marketing experience and knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in social media and social media management tools
Ability to create engaging and informative content for all relevant digital channels including website and social media
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics and Webflow are highly desirable
