In this Marketing Manager, Regional and Agri Business role, you will

Support the development of data driven, customer focused, actionable marketing strategy and insights.
Drive and support strategic influence both within marketing and the broader enterprise to inform, impact and influence compelling customer propositions.
Contribute to and at times, lead, the delivery of segment specific campaigns and projects.
Support other SMEs to deliver strategic insights and subject matter expertise within Marketing and enterprise related activity.

What you'll bring

Demonstrated strategic mindset and ability to create impact and have influence, including the ability to turn insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and plans that deliver growth.
Strong commercial acumen and banking and financial services knowledge, preferably with experience within regional and agricultural sectors.
Proven ability in leading and designing marketing and customer strategy and insights, campaigns and creative development.
Experience in developing got to market strategies and value propositions.
Extensive experience within marketing or customer strategy and insights.
