We are a private retreat in Queensland dedicated to providing top-notch services in mental health, addiction recovery, and NDIS support. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where our guests can embark on their journey to recovery and well-being. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us grow our guest base and network.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase guest quota by 1-2 guests per month.
Identify and target potential clients and organisations that would benefit from our services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organisations, and other relevant stakeholders.

Content Creation:

Write engaging and informative content for our website, ensuring it accurately represents our services and mission.
Regularly update the website with new articles, testimonials, and other relevant content to attract and retain visitors.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts across various platforms.
Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and promote our services and events.

Networking and Lead Generation:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our retreat and generate leads.
Develop and implement strategies to identify and connect with potential clients and partners.

Partnership Development:

Create and nurture partnerships with other organisations to establish referral pathways and collaborative initiatives.
Work closely with partners to ensure mutual benefits and the successful implementation of joint projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Passion for mental health, addiction recovery, and supporting individuals with NDIS needs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
