Shinning Star is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual who is proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for fostering business relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will work three days a week, dedicating two of those days to traveling and generating leads, as well as meeting with potential new clients to promote our services. The remaining day will be focused on learning and mastering our internal systems to ensure seamless operations in the event of management's absence.
The successful candidate will have clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet on a monthly basis, ensuring accountability and contributing to the overall growth and success of Shinning Star. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of business development, collaborating with a talented team to achieve the company's strategic goals.
