As a School Relationship Manager at Applecross Pre Kindy, you will be the facilitator of the APK experience for families as the first point of contact over the phone, digitally and in person. Your warm, friendly, and approachable nature will ensure you are always able to provide support.
You will:
- Focus on building relationships by cultivating meaningful connections - understanding each family's need and appreciating these differ from each individual/family unit, tailoring the experience as required.
- Demonstrate high interpersonal skills - support families from first enquiry online or phone through to the end of their enrolment when their child journeys to primary school.
- Work collaboratively with the School Leadership Team and drive revenue growth and optimisation.
- Manage the day to day running of the administration requirements of the school.
- Maintain records of the children, staff and the school.
- Work collaboratively with the School Leadership Team to ensure that the school meets government regulations and standards.
- Manage the school resource budget.
About You
With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an optimistic attitude to work you will:
- Interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected.
- Be exceptionally skilled in office organisation and administration.
- Experience in Xplor is desirable.
- Hold a qualification in early childhood education.
