POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Strategist at TAG, you will spearhead innovative performance marketing strategies across Social ads, Google Ads, and Email Automation, ensuring not only the achievement of a robust revenue target but also the delivery of compelling and effective copy for various marketing channels. This role demands hands-on expertise in campaign execution, including A/B testing and continual optimisation, while simultaneously providing visionary leadership to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive performance marketing strategies across social ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Okendo and Yotpo (and whatever comes next).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continually improve ROI.
- Utilise data analytics tools to assess the performance of campaigns and provide regular, data-driven reports to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to measure success.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual performance revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to align performance marketing efforts with overall revenue goals.
- Mentor and lead a team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skillset and keep them informed about industry best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and updates on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor campaigns to meet their specific objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
