About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Nursing and Midwifery team as a Nurse Educator - Network Operations Centre, where you will be responsible for:
- ensuring that nursing and midwifery staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective patient care by developing and delivering education programs, clinical updates, and training that ensure nurses and midwives are competent in the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- prepare and undertake presentation of a high standard in a range of educational settings to both community and professional groups
- develop, coordinate and deliver education programs and conduct appropriate evaluations of the programs
- support and manage change through the application of education principles and programs
- demonstrate experience and skills in nursing education or staff development
