We have a new opportunity for a Junior Marketing Person to join our national team. Our Marketing team is a small group of individuals who have a large impact on the company as a whole and have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business across all teams and levels. If you are looking to extend your career in marketing in a industry-leading consultancy, then this is a great opportunity for you. With the support of other team members and the Change & Communication Manager, you will build your experience in a variety of areas that help our firm to function at its optimal level. This position is based in either or Melbourne or Sydney office. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, combining both office-based and remote work, and is a part-time position at 0.5 FTE.

So, what will you do?
All functions of this role are shared, allowing you to learn from others, develop your skills and continue building your experience. This includes:
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Digital Media Presence:
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website content.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Monitor online presence and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage content for our website, newsletters, thought leadership, project case studies and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyse competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organising company events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events.
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and effectively.
Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team:
- Experience in a marketing-based role within professional services is advantageous.
- A strong willingness to learn & a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills & work ethic.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of account-based marketing methods.
- Graphic design experience (e.g. Canva) experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet short turn-around times.
