What makes you stand out?
You’re a tech-savvy digital marketing professional with proven expertise in executing campaigns and managing websites. Your background includes designing email campaigns, growing and nurturing databases, and analysing performance metrics to deliver ROI-focused results. You have a strong understanding of platforms like WordPress, Canva, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools, and you’re confident in troubleshooting technical challenges.
Your ability to optimise user experiences and create engaging digital content is complemented by your skills in managing web-based platforms, such as Thinkific or Kentico. Proactive and solutions-focused, you thrive in collaborative environments and are excited by the prospect of contributing to a mission-driven organisation.
A snapshot of your role….
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and monitoring performance.
- Maintain and update the organisation’s website, adding new pages, approving job ads, and optimising user experience.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are achieved.
- Design and update promotional collateral using Canva, and create engaging social media graphics in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across digital platforms and liaise with external consultants when required.
- Optimise Google AdGrants and run paid AdWords re-targeting campaigns as needed.
- Drive UX improvements for the website using tools like Microsoft Clarity.
- Manage access and accounts for tools such as Survey Monkey, Click Up, and Adobe.
