We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our brand forward.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be permanent part time role, 3 days per week and will be responsible for expanding our existing brand through various campaigns and marketing strategies. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional who is proficient in social media, content creation, marketing strategy, EDM, brand management, and website management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in property investment and possess strong copywriting skills. Proficiency in Canva and the ability to bring fresh and creative ideas to our marketing efforts are highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on various social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, podcast production, website, and email campaigns.
- Email Marketing (EDM): Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Website Management: Oversee the company website, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the finance and property sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and website management.
- Proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
