Salary: $60-70,000 pro rata base salary plus bonus structure
Hours: 20-30 hours per week with scope to move to FT
Duration: Permanent Part Time ongoing dependent upon successful review at 3 months

Accountability: The position reports to the Director

Our goal is to introduce engaging and unique exercise options to young people, to encourage positive physical activity experiences and improve mental health.
Hoops Thighs & Buttocks is a unique company that offers engaging programs for adults, including corporate groups. We specialise in providing hula hoop and dance workshops tailored for a variety of events.
Through both businesses, we are passionate about creating a positive impact on the lives of our participants through engaging and innovative movement activities.
Position: Sales and Operations Manager

Both businesses operate Nationally, are strong players in their field and are ready to be taken to the next level.
As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the businesses. You will be responsible for managing bookings and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to engage our target audience and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase bookings and revenue. Identify target markets, analyse customer needs, and develop tailored sales approaches to drive business growth.
- Booking Management: Oversee the booking process, ensuring efficient scheduling, customer satisfaction, and timely communication. Utilise our CRM system to track bookings, manage customer information, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our programs.
- Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with schools, community organisations and businesses to expand our reach. Negotiate and maintain relationships with clients.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of instructors and staff to align sales efforts with our business goals. Collaborate with Management on promotional events, special offers, and cross-promotions to maximise business impact.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fitness, events, education or children's entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
