The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting Devy's outsourcing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed notes on prospect interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing leads.
- Resilience and a go-getter attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, HubSpot preferred but not necessary.
- Proven experience in a business development is a good-to-have, however a driven and unstoppable attitude is preferred over experience.
