Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously, independently, and manage your own schedule
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate records in the CRM
- Think creatively and innovatively to identify potential clients and markets
- Aspire to grow and mentor your own enterprising team, coaching them toward growth and success
- Attend training and development sessions and events

Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented with a passion for new initiatives
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development roles
- Owns or has previously owned their own business
- You love your freedom, work on your terms, and dictate your own work/life balance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Min 5+ years’ experience in similar role or business
