Role Overview:
As the Social Media Content Coordinator at SuperFeast, you will play a vital role in curating and managing our brand's social media presence to engage and connect with our target audience effectively. Your out-of-the-box creativity and expertise in social media content creation and community management will significantly contribute to the achievement of our mission and support the growth of SuperFeast. With a focus on storytelling and visual communication, you will be an essential part of our team, bringing our purpose to life through captivating social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with SuperFeast's marketing strategy and brand identity.
Content Production: Capture potent video and photography material through a mobile device.
Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes stills, reels, gifs and carousels.
Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with followers.
Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
Visual Storytelling: Use visual storytelling techniques to convey our brand's purpose and mission effectively, resonating with our social media audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep SuperFeast at the forefront of social media marketing.
Affiliate Communications: Manage affiliate communications for collaborations with influencers, content creation, and outreach via Instagram and email.
Influencer Relations: Maintain Instagram presence through stories, reposts, and engagement, fostering influencer relationships.
Promo & Giveaway Coordination: Coordinate SuperFeast promotions, giveaways, and collaborations with marketing team support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media content projects.
- Excellent visual storytelling and content creation skills, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their unique features and audiences.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and insights to optimise content performance.
- Creativity and innovation, with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches to social media content.

Lead Generation: Increase leads and website sessions through engaging social media content that encourages click-through to site.
Social Media Engagement: Measure and improve social media engagement metrics, including likes, comments, shares, and follower growth.
Content Reach: Increase the reach and impressions of social media content to expand our brand's visibility.
Community Growth: Monitor the growth of our social media community, striving to increase followers and build a loyal audience.
Content Calendar Adherence: Ensure timely delivery of social media content according to the content calendar.
Audience Sentiment: Evaluate audience sentiment and feedback on social media, using insights to improve future content.
