The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and organised Sales & Bookings Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing client communications, developing sales strategies, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless event execution. The position is based at our headquarters in Moss Vale, but we offer flexible remote work options for the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management:
- Handle inquiries from various channels (website, email, phone, social media) within 24 hours.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain regular, personalised communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Conduct proactive outreach to generate new leads, focusing on ideal clients such as event planners and corporate clients.
- Use lead scoring systems to prioritise and segment leads, tailoring communication strategies accordingly.
- Employ effective closing techniques to guide clients towards booking, clearly outlining next steps.
Booking Management:
- Manage internal booking calendars and place preliminary holds to prevent double bookings.
- Draft and send service agreements, ensuring clients understand all terms and obtain necessary signatures.
- Accurately enter all booking details into Zoho CRM and keep records updated.
Client Retention & Loyalty:
- Implement loyalty and referral programs to encourage repeat business and new client acquisition.
- Host annual client appreciation events and celebrate anniversaries with special gifts or discounts.
Staff Coordination:
- Use the Deputy App and WhatsApp to coordinate and assign appropriate staff for specific events.
- Communicate all relevant event details to staff members and monitor schedules to ensure coverage.
Time Tracking & Reporting:
- Record all hours worked in the Quidlo time tracking app, submitting timesheets for approval every fortnight.
- Run Zoho CRM reports to track sales performance for quarterly incentive reviews.
