About the Role:
As a Medical Receptionist at Mid Eyre Medical, you will be essential in managing reception duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring the efficient operation of our practice. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support clients and facilitate the delivery of medical, allied, and primary health care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Efficiently handle front desk operations, including greeting patients, managing appointments, and answering phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Practice Co-ordinator, staff, and health unit committees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Financial and Clerical Services: Perform financial transactions, manage billing, and maintain accurate records. Offer clerical support to ensure timely and effective communication and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, assisting in the delivery of medical, allied, and primary health care services, and ensuring high standards of client care.
