Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Middle Park, Victoria. As a Jewellery Consultant at Ojamie, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery pieces, remodelling, custom orders, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with merchandising and display. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of jewellery styles, materials, and design
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent remodelling skills and the ability to understand client needs
- Gemmological experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and stylish appearance
- Knowledge of gemstones and diamonds is a plus
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
