16th Street Actors Studio is seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance our studio's visibility and connect with our community. You will focus on developing engaging content and managing campaigns across digital platforms, social media and traditional media to increase awareness of our training, studio mission and events.

- Skilled in storytelling, with the ability to capture and convey 16th Street’s story through various formats, aiming to inspire.
- Possess a drive to take ownership and lead marketing activities and campaigns.
- A strategic communicator who takes a thoughtful approach to marketing and communications.
- A creative, with the ability to create compelling content and digital design that resonates with diverse audiences, across various channels with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing.
- Able to forge strong relationships with the team and external stakeholders, to positively influence collaboration on various projects and initiatives.
- Comfortable with change, you are adaptable and resilient in the face of shifting priorities and focus areas.
- Extremely organised and skilled in meeting deadlines, with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively.
- Able to analyse and interpret data effectively to inform decisions and adapt solutions.
- Able to work independently and possess strong initiative.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Mailchimp, Wordpress, Canva, and other digital marketing tools.
- Google Advertising and Meta Advertising experience.
- Social Media experience.
- Prior marketing experience for B2C (product or service).
- Highly effective communicator.
Bonus points if you have:
- Video production and editing experience.
- Lead generation experience or producer experience.
- A love for the arts.
- Knowledge of accessible design principles.
- SEO and analytics experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
THE ROLE:
Would suit someone with marketing experience looking for a part-time role.
- 2-days per week - onsite in Caulfield South.
- Reporting to the Artistic Director, Kim Krejus.
- Flexible arrangement for the right candidate.
- Autonomy to take ownership and make the role your own.
- Compensation will be aligned to experience and qualifications.
