The Opportunity:
Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to elevate Coldshield's brand presence? We are seeking an energetic and driven Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba. This role will be crucial in driving brand exposure for our core product lines and spearheading the launch of a new product brand. You’ll have the opportunity to shape marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and collaborate with a dynamic team passionate about growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging and professional content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Project manage marketing campaigns, including the launch of a new product brand.
- Collaborate with external designers, videographers, and print suppliers to produce marketing materials.
- Maintain and update the Coldshield website and manage social media channels.
- Support the business development team with marketing materials to drive sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities and customer engagement strategies.
What We Need From You:
- A proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and branding.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (minimum 3 years).
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing projects from concept to completion.
- Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, website maintenance and Google SEO
