About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team to drive growth and expansion across all of our NDIS services.
- Attract new NDIS Participants for our Support Services, Day Programs & Accommodation.
- Network and engage with disability sector stakeholders, including Support Coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments, and registered NDIS providers.
- Develop effective engagement strategies.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and relationship-building functions.
- Proactively nurture and manage leads through the customer journey.
- Demonstrate a track record in healthcare business development/growth.
- Utilize an existing client database to drive engagement.
- Work with KPIs and targets to achieve business objectives.
- Convert leads into prospects and manage new relationship opportunities.
- Build community networks to foster customer engagement and inquiries.
- Provide guidance and solutions to participants regarding the NDIS process.
- Ensure services align with participant plans for optimal financial outcomes.
- Drive marketing initiatives through social media and digital channels.
Qualities:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ NDIS industry experience, ideally in a similar role or significant experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional sales experiences to participants.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly empathetic communication with participants and their families.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS practice standards and the ability to develop and implement tailored-care plans.
- Strong consultation abilities.
- Must possess a current driver’s license due to travel requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour
