About the role
We have an exciting permanent part time opportunity for a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Nursing to join our Ballina team as an Education Support Officer (ESO).
Working within a team of Nursing professionals, the Education Support Officer is supervised by the Head Teacher. The role is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhances the student learning experience.
Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.
About You
We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following Selection Criteria:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma of Nursing or relevant health related qualification or equivalent skills and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the Health Industry (five years +)
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining technical currency
- Ability to understand Health, Wellbeing and Community Services learning materials and assessment processes
