About the role

Tweed Community and Allied health have a part time position available for a Social Worker in Specialist Palliative Care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing inpatient and community social work services to clients, families and carers of the specialist palliative care service. Working within the model of palliative care to identify and address psychosocial needs, provide therapeutic services to clients and provide specialist consultation and other team members in the management of complex cases.
