Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly within the NDIS framework.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and increase client acquisition.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, local community groups, and other stakeholders.
- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral networks to enhance service offerings and increase referrals.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively pursue new leads, conduct outreach to potential clients, and convert leads into service agreements.
- Client Retention: Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all business development activities are compliant with NDIS standards and regulations. Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role within the NDIS or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the disability services sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Desirable:
- A background in disability services, healthcare, or aged care.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales software.
- A passion for helping people and making a positive impact in the community.
