Position
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and design-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager and Studio Administrator. In this part-time role (10-15 hours per week), you’ll have flexible hours, including the option to work from home one day a week. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, while keeping the studio running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties:
- Create media packs and work to publish projects in print and digital media platforms
- Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Maintain and update our website
- Write and submit entries for industry awards
- Coordinate professional photography for projects
- Assist in writing and editing project tender documents
Administrative Duties:
- Support invoicing processes
- Organize staff lunches and morning teas
- Perform general office tasks, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a background in marketing who’s eager to bring their organisational and creative skills to our team. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role or similar
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or a willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting platforms
- Exceptional coordination and time management skills
