**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Marketing Planning:**
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
2. **Project Coordination:**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any roadblocks.
3. **Brand Promotion:**
- Develop and execute branding initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
- Organize events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
4. **Engagement with Third-Party Consultants and Specialists:**
- Collaborate with external consultants and specialists to leverage their expertise.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
5. **Team Formation and Candidate Screening:**
- Assist in building a new team by identifying key roles and skill sets required.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate Market
- Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Good understanding of all digital media platforms
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.50 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
