About The Role
We are looking for team members in our supported independent living arrangements in Multiple locations around Brisbane and Gold Coast to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community for a High needs Participants.
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
- Providing positive behaviour support to our clients
- Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
- Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
- Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
- Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team
What we offer:
Part-time/Casual positions
Competitive Pay Rates up to $40.26/hour
Weekend Rate: up to $72.47

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher
(or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
Mental Health Experience
High Medical Background
Problem-Solving Skills
Challenging Behavior Experience
Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
