We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with experience in Sales, Retail or Hospitality based roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and technology as well as a keen understanding of how AI-driven solutions can transform the real estate industry. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with various real estate affiliated businesses and groups around Sydney, that are looking to adopt innovative tools for enhanced data insights and operational efficiency.
Please note this is an unpaid position, with sales commission structure upon achieving preset targets .
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the real estate sector, particularly firms with fewer than 50 employees and minimal in-house research capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth research to gather key information on target firms using LinkedIn, company websites, and other digital tools.
- Engage with decision-makers (Business Owners, Managing Directors, Heads of Research, etc.) through email, LinkedIn, and social media interactions.
- Craft personalised outreach messages, highlighting the value tools of our SaaS platform for improving data insights and reporting in multiple real estate subsectors.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and demonstrating how our platform can provide tangible business benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and the evolving needs of Australia’s real estate market as well as domestic Architectural and Design Industries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, Retail or Hospitality, irrespective of specifics or background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Decent proficiency in using LinkedIn and email outreach tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sales tools for lead generation and email verification (preferred)
- Ability to engage with potential clients through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
