Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. About The Role
The Client Services Team is the central point of access and supports all internal and external services at the Stanhope Health site. As the initial contact for many entering the Stanhope Health site, the Client Service Officer will provide the "Image" of what Kyabram Health stands for and our values of Caring, Inclusive, Versatile, Accountable and Collaborative.
If you are highly motivated and can adapt well to change and have a positive, friendly mindset then you will do well in this role.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a commitment to customer service.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative whilst understanding limitations to Scope of Practice.
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict information Privacy (Confidentiality)
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support and enhance positive relationships.
- Ability to communicate, support and facilitate ease of access to services for all clients/patients regardless of age, culture or ability.
Desirable
- Experience in i.Patient Management System (IPM)
- Experience in Regional Community Platform (RCP)
