This position is for an enthusiastic and energetic early childhood educator, holding a certificate III, to work with the 3-5 year age group in a strong team environment, within a team of 6 (inclusive). The role is for a permanent part time position, working Thursday and Friday each week (minimum of 16 hours).
Essential Qualifications of this role:
· Recognised Early Childhood qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children's Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA).
· Current NSW working with children check.
· Current knowledge of Child Protection Legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
· Commitment to Child Safety
· Current first aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
· Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
· Professional level of written and verbal communication.
· Computer literacy
· Experience in the Early Childhood Field, however recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Company Profile
Rozelle Child Care Centre is a Community Based Long Day Care Centre in the Inner West, situated within the beautiful heritage grounds of Callan Park. The benefits of a not for profit community based child care centre is that the parents form a voluntary committee, with input into decision making and policies that affect the care and education of their children. Parents work in partnership with the Director, staff and families to uphold our high quality early childhood education service. Emphasis is on a higher staff to child ratio than required. This is a well-established non-profit organisation with any profits used to enhance the centre in providing a rich educational program. The focus is on utilising the space and environment, the abundance of resources and IT technology when following on children’s ideas in planning and programming.

The centre caters for 56 children daily and operates between the hours of 7am and 6:00pm.
