An exciting temporary part time opportunity exists to join the Royal North Shore Hospital Executive team in the role of Executive Assistant. Potential opportunity to extend.

Royal North Shore Hospital Executive Unit

What you'll be doing
The Executive Assistant (EA) will be supporting the Director, Division of Allied Health and Community Services and the Financial Controller within the Executive team at Royal North Shore Hospital. The EA will be required to provide a broad range of executive support and secretariat services as well as being responsible for the provision of high level, comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated comprehensive and successful experience in providing high level executive assistance and support to the senior executive; and the proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.

Possess excellent oral communication skills with a strong customer service focus, along with high level interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse groups of people.
