THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a retail professional with a strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to customer service to join our Port Lincoln team. This presents a great opportunity to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Port Lincoln retail store team, assisting customers with various queries and sales relating to a wide range of home improvement products.
The successful applicant will ideally be able to work on a rotating roster across Monday-Saturday each week, equating to approximately 30-38 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assist customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping, involving manual handling to shift stock when required
- Engage in regular product and sales training to confidently assist customer with product queries
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
