The Opportunity: Director / Nominated Supervisor
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
- Location: Crestmead
- Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- Compensation: Well above award + attractive share of profit
We are looking for a second Director to run our large Crestmeadservice. The successful applicant will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire the current team of early childhood staff along with creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with families and the surrounding community. You will coordinate all day to day Centre operations such as admin, health & safety and staff development. You will ensure strong management for the day to day operations of the centre through regular evaluation of systems and processes, as well as management of staff rosters, staff ratios and adequate supervision. You will ensure centre and staff compliance with relevant legislative documents and build and maintain a strong relationship with children, families, staff and other internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid, CPR & Asthmas and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director essential
