About the Role:
Are you a creative marketer with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital design? This is more than a content creation role — it’s a chance to shape the voice, tone, and image of Squash NSW’s brand. You’ll be the driving force behind Squash NSW’s digital transformation, with creative freedom to craft campaigns that inspire and engage the community.
This is a part-time (10-15h/pw), remote role offering an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative team and make your mark on the sport’s future in Australia. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working closely with the Squash NSW team, you’ll lead from the front, using your creativity and strategic thinking to define how Squash NSW is seen and heard online.

About You:
We’re looking for an innovative, creative, and results-driven professional with a passion for digital media and content creation. You’ll be a natural storyteller, a social media expert, and a pro at using design tools to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities:
- Shape the Brand Voice & Visual Identity: Be the driving force behind the tone, image, and messaging of Squash NSW’s online presence.
- Spearhead Content Development: Develop content and strategies to boost Squash NSW’s visibility across social media and online platforms.
- Drive Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO to schedule content, inspire community interaction, and drive growth.
- Digital Design: Create a range of digital assets for use in squash participation, affiliation, and performance programs.
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Run program campaigns, coordinate SEO initiatives, and develop content that grows awareness.
- Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality visuals to be used across our website and social media platforms.
- Track Performance: Measure the success of campaigns and content, making data-driven improvements to maximise engagement and brand growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Proven experience with social media scheduling platforms like Meta Business Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated self-starter, capable of thriving within a high-trust, autonomous work environment

Note: The role is primarily remote, however, it does require minimal travel to squash centres, schools and stakeholders across the state of NSW. A Current Working with Children Clearance and a National Police Check will be required.
