Your Role Includes
- Supporting families and children to implement therapy strategies into everyday routines.
- Participating in group programs and individual therapy sessions.
- Assisting families and therapists with administrative tasks.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on continuous improvement.
What You Need to Join
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant or Studying Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy,or Speech Therapy, etc.
- Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
- Experience with children and families with additional needs (lived experience beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work autonomously in the community.
