About the Role:
We are seeking part-time trainers and assessors for the following programs:
- Commercial Cookery (SIT) – 20 hours/week
- Graduate Diploma of Management Learning (GDML) – 20 hours/week
- Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design (ADCCD) – 20 hours/week
As a Trainer/Assessor, you will deliver high-quality vocational education, assess students’ competency, and support their learning journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' professional development.
Key Selection Criteria:
1. Commercial Cookery (SIT) Trainer:
- Qualification Needed: Certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma of Kitchen Management
- VET Teaching Experience: At least 2 years
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
2. Graduate Diploma of Management Learning (GDML) Trainer:
- Qualification Needed: MBA or a similar qualification (Graduate Diploma in Business)
- VET Teaching Experience: Minimum of 2 years
3. Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design Trainer:
- Qualification Needed: Relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed
- VET Teaching Experience: Proven experience in delivering training and assessment in the civil construction industry
All successful candidates must have:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and Police Check
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
