This founder led luxury boutique specialises in Australian and International designers, contemporary fashion pieces and wardrobe staples. They offer professional and personal styling services, where you can purchase a variety of new and second hand designer items in excellent condition. We are looking for an energetic, experienced marketing expert to be a part of this dynamic team in Hawthorn.
About the Role:
The Marketing Co-ordinator reporting to the Founder, will play a key role in driving StyleColab’s brand awareness, in-store foot traffic, and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for crafting, managing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating social media, email marketing, and working closely with external partners to ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable fashion and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and in-store foot traffic, with a focus on themed promotions and influencer collaborations.
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and oversee content for StyleColab’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
- Email Marketing: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including the welcome series, regular newsletters, and promotional emails, to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
- Content Creation and Coordination: Create and Collaborate with in-house and outsourced content creators to produce elevated visuals and videos that align with StyleColab’s brand.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and liaise with influencers and stylists to build relationships, coordinate collaborations, and track results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, including social engagement, email open rates, website traffic, and in-store visits, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Liaison with External Agencies: Work with outsourced teams, such as paid advertising specialists and social media agencies, to ensure alignment with StyleColab’s marketing strategy.
- Support Event Planning and Execution, instore and community events.
- E Commerce Support and Growth - Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent understanding of ecommerce platforms - shopify, digital marketing channels and industry best practices
- Experience with tools like Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Insights, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms – Klaviyo.
– Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO/SEM, content management systems and digital marketing software
- A passion for sustainable fashion and an understanding of circular economy principles is a plus.
