As a Communications and Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing plans, supporting senior management in their strategic execution, and working with our Business Development team to manage and grow current and new markets. You will also oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand visibility and market reach.
While your primary focus will be on communications and marketing activities, you will use your expertise to enhance the company's online presence through effective use of digital platforms and social media. You will also monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies and support the financial success and health of the business through regular reports and meetings.

About You:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a small team and collaborate with senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to grow markets and enhance brand visibility.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate marketing performance.

- Ideally, you have qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

You will also:

- Support our Business Development team in managing and growing current and new markets through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence through effective use of social media and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams.
- Support with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
