Kalaya Children’s Centre provides preschool, daycare and before-and-after Kindy care to our local community. We have a particular focus on Aboriginal Cultures and welcome family participation at the Centre. We believe learning takes place through exciting, challenging and creative play experiences in a warm family environment. Indoor and outdoor learning includes problem solving, creative and imaginative play, water and “messy” play, music, stories, and physical activities both indoors and outdoors.

We are seeking a Preschool Director to lead the continued growth and improvement of the centre, foster positive relationships with families and community members, oversee staff development and ensure children’s learning and social achievements are met.

What you will bring:

ACECQA approved Early Childhood teaching qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
Strong curriculum leadership and management skills.
