We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Retail Assistant to join us at our Fremantle shop. This is a part-time role with weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a local brand that values craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and sharing the unique stories behind our waxed canvas bags, luggage, and accessories.
Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring our products are displayed in line with the Jack Stillman brand.
Process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and share this with customers to help them make informed decisions.
Work towards personal and store sales targets, contributing to a team-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Retail experience is a must, as the weekends are typically our busiest days.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers.
Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
