We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our enthusiastic marketing team and drive the marketing initiatives for iFlyNow. Our mission is to provide hassle-free travel experiences to travelers.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end campaign management, exploring new marketing opportunities, and providing insightful campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Develop engaging content for multiple marketing platforms.
Manage social media platforms, analyze performance, and optimize engagement.
Plan and promote branded events across Australia, ensuring alignment with the brand.
Assist in managing online and offline advertising campaigns.
Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
Support the implementation of strategies, objectives, and marketing policies.
Manage the digital marketing calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social media content.
Compile content, build, and distribute email marketing (eDM) communications.

Required Skills and Experience

A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in copywriting and meeting deadlines.
Understanding of various marketing channels, including digital media.
Knowledge of social media strategies and online marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
