We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented part time eCommerce & CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, maintaining a seamless online shopping experience, and executing digital marketing strategies. This includes managing the e-commerce platform, overseeing marketing campaigns, working with the CRM system, and supporting community-building efforts. You will play a crucial role in coordinating seasonal promotions, product launches, and content updates, while ensuring all e-commerce operations are optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy

Plan and execute the annual e-commerce activity plan, including seasonal deliveries, markdown cycles, and key market-wide sales events.
Collaborate in strategizing and planning seasonal campaigns to promote the brand effectively.
Coordinate and conduct e-commerce brand strategy meetings at the start of each season.
Develop detailed weekly/daily activity plans, including product deliveries, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Investigate and propose new revenue channels, such as drop-shipping partners, to diversify online sales.

Website Management

Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars.
Update website content, including banners, landing pages, product descriptions, and merchandise displays.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate product uploads and updates.
Set up and monitor promotional offers in line with planned activity, ensuring smooth site functionality.
Conduct website performance checks, troubleshooting issues and optimizing user experience (UX).

Email Marketing and CRM

Use CRM tools to segment customers and personalize marketing efforts to drive loyalty programs and sales.
Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns, including regular testing and optimization.
Work with the offshore graphic design team to create engaging, on-brand EDMs that align with seasonal campaigns.
Find innovative ways to grow the customer database and drive engagement with new and existing customers.

Community Building

Develop and execute community-building initiatives on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to foster brand loyalty.

Reporting and Analytics

Generate daily sales reports and track website performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize campaigns and improve online sales performance.
Regularly analyze competitor activities, online traffic, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Compile and present monthly e-commerce and digital marketing reports to the management team.

Inventory Management

Review the weekly online sales tracker to identify high-performing styles and make recommendations for reorders or restocks.
Monitor stock flow, including incoming styles and clearance, to ensure effective inventory management.
Collaborate with the team to drive sales for slow-moving inventory through targeted content and advertising.

Digital Lookbooks

Create and manage seasonal digital lookbooks using MyPortfolio, working closely with the team to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Oversee image resizing, cropping, and layout adjustments, working with a virtual assistant as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and basic web management.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive performance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating and editing marketing content is a plus.
Knowledge of social media marketing and community engagement is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and online retail metrics.
