About the Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail to join our team. In this part-time role, you’ll be integral to our marketing efforts, creating and sharing content that showcases our brand. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail
At least 1 year of digital marketing experience, focusing on social media management
Skilled in social media and digital content creation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
Enjoys a fun, vibrant, and varied workplace; cultural fit is key

Your Skills and Experience:

Proficient in creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
Experience with copywriting and editing skills for web, email, and marketing materials
Experience with analytics tools desirable (Instagram Insights, Google Analytic)
Understanding of marketing basics and content creation
Experience in following creative briefs

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing strategies across various platforms
Schedule and implement engaging content that aligns with business goals
Manage social media interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience
Develop and maintain our digital marketing content calendar
Support planning and executing staff events and marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance
Assist with various tasks and projects as needed
