About the Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail to join our team. In this part-time role, you’ll be integral to our marketing efforts, creating and sharing content that showcases our brand. About You:

- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience, focusing on social media management
- Skilled in social media and digital content creation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
- Enjoys a fun, vibrant, and varied workplace; cultural fit is key
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
- Experience with copywriting and editing skills for web, email, and marketing materials
- Experience with analytics tools desirable (Instagram Insights, Google Analytic)
- Understanding of marketing basics and content creation
- Experience in following creative briefs
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies across various platforms
- Schedule and implement engaging content that aligns with business goals
- Manage social media interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Develop and maintain our digital marketing content calendar
- Support planning and executing staff events and marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance
- Assist with various tasks and projects as needed
