We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered
Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants.
About The Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality EAP counseling and crisis response services.
- Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
- Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
- Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health (5-10 years for Principal Consultant roles).
- Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
- Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
