FRM Model Management is a leading modelling agency representing fashion and commercial talent in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. Reelfaces, our commercial division was formed 8 years ago in response to the changing and evolving market.
We are currently on the hunt for a experienced booker/marketing assistant based in Melbourne to assist our Booking team and director across cross fashion, commercial & influencer bookings and marketing activities.
Candidates must have experience booking and/or managing talent and have up to date knowledge of fashion and commercial clients across Sydney & Melbourne. Experience with scouting talent is also favourable.
Ideally, the successful applicant must have worked for a credible modelling or creative agency and works well under pressure (if not this job is not for you!)
Must be proficient in PC’s, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, Online Casting Portals, Basic Admin skills, Phone skills and Sales.
A day in the role will look like:
- Liaising with both fashion and commercial clients to match talent to briefs
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- General administration duties
- Marketing and brand research to acquire new clients
- Interviewing potential talent
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3-year experience working within the fashion industry in a capacity of marketing or PR
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work well under pressure
- Strong ability to multitask
Training in our system will be provided.
Part time/minimum 2 days a week for up to 12 months.
