Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at XGIMI Docklands, VIC. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to customer service, communication, sales, and organization. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, maintaining sales records, and organizing merchandise.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, customer service, and communication skills
Experience in sales and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to do graphics and video editing is preferred
Market insight and ability to organize marketing campaigns
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems
Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
