About the Role
Responsibilities
If you're an elite creative strategist you already know exactly what the job entails. Your core objective is to create Meta Ads that scale like crazy. You will analyse, brainstorm, brief and produce ads that help clients blow their business objectives out of the water - usually revenue/profit growth or new customer acquisition. You'll work closely with our growth strategists, media buyers and visual creators to make this objective a reality.
Among other things, you will:
- Do market research
- Analyse and audit creative
- Report on creative tests and results
- Brainstorm iterations and improvements
- Brainstorm net new viral creative concepts
- Write briefs, scripts and shot lists
- Work with creators to execute on briefs
- Work with video editors to produce ads

Experience
All that we ask in return is that you're the best of the best at what you do:
- You have 3+ years (minimum) of high-level experience in the field at a brand or agency
- You're professional and treat the work you do and the results it drives very seriously
- You're obsessed with your craft, constantly learning, and leave no stone unturned
- You don't need to be motivated, pushed or driven and you can't help but deliver incredible results
- You care more about doing great work than anyone you've ever known. You're conscientious by nature

Please note, the role is initially part-time with around 10-15 hours of work a week.
