Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing all paid and micro-influencer partnerships, implementing and managing the affiliate program, as well as User Generated Content (UGC). This part-time role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility with remote working and has a strong understanding of the social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with both paid and micro-influencers who align with LBDO’s values and target audience.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of influencer campaigns.
- Track and analyse the performance of influencer partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future collaborations.
Affiliate Program:
- Design, implement, and manage LBDO’s affiliate program to drive traffic and sales.
- Recruit and onboard affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to promote LBDO effectively.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track metrics, and optimise the program for maximum ROI.
- Develop promotional strategies and materials to support affiliates in their marketing efforts.
Content and Community Management:
- Assist in overseeing the creation and curation of User Generated Content (UGC).
- Engage with LBDO’s online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
Qualifications:
- You ideally have a social media, communications or marketing background. What we are looking for is an all-rounder; someone eager to learn and grow with us! It’s such an exciting industry to be a part of and we’d love for you to learn with us.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Independent worker and an ability to follow instructions.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be ready to assist with ad hoc tasks that pop up from time to time.
- Passionate about sexual wellness and breaking down the stigmas and taboos.
