Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative digital content across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on writing high-quality copy that drives our digital marketing strategies forward and aligns with SEO best practices. Your other core focus will be compiling and analysing key digital market reports. You will collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, web developer, multimedia coordinator, and an external brand agency to ensure our content is compelling and optimised for search engines. As a junior role, this role will provide professional development opportunities and guidance particularly within the first year. You will be provided with a brand map and style guide, as well as industry-specific training to help get you on their feet. The ideal candidate for this role is motivated, creative, unafraid to make suggestions, and has an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit digital content for the company websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Contribute to the broader marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine ranking of our two websites.
- Make use of AI technology to enhance content creation processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns – particular EDMs and LinkedIn ads
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Open mind toward using AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of AHREFS and HubSpot would be an asset.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
