Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Content Writer to join our growing digital agency. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to assist primarily with content creation and delivery for digital marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in creating and managing compelling digital content and driving engagement and brand awareness for our clients. This is a part-time role, with a minimum of 2 days per week (15-20 hours/week), with the potential for increased hours based on workload and interests.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit engaging content for social media posts (LinkedIn), blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn.
- Monitor channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create and design email newsletters and campaigns.
- Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyse email campaign performance, including open rates and click-through rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with our designer to create visually stunning designs that complement your content.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
- We are more than happy to consider graduates who have quality portfolios.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compensation & Benefits: The position is a 3-month contract role available immediately. Remuneration is negotiable and dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience. This is a remote position that offers flexible work options.
- Familiarity with SEO and PPC best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
